Wagyu Steak for ALL

Hors d'œuvres or the appetizers -- chicken curry, wagyu steak plus drinks -- are the food items (what about the Honest Tea?) six House Democrats, six House Republicans, six Senate Democrats, six Senate Republicans, and several senior White House staffers will be enjoying in President Obama's White House cocktail party tonight.

I like the choice of the wagyu steak in the menu. I have already used a wagyu beef a few times before and I like it so much. One tip: Just make sure you cook it well, otherwise it will taste bland. According to wiki: The meat from wagyu cattle is known worldwide for its marbling characteristics, increased eating quality through a naturally enhanced flavor, tenderness and juiciness, and thus a high market value.
